Actually there's another way for route C. You can choose everything that leads to Route A. But before all that, you can't say Saya you're dating Shoichi. I guess hearing Yuu can't publicly admit he's dating the husky, breaks him later. So that little choice basically blocks off route A. B and C are though available.
